1. Who can take part
The Supporter Message programme is available to every Radio TEN supporter, regardless of the amount of support. No minimum support level is required. The programme is available until further notice.
2. Your message
Your message can be a greeting, dedication, birthday message, thank-you, or a few words for someone special.
Messages must be personal and non-commercial. Advertising, commercial promotion, political content, offensive content, and private contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses or home addresses are not accepted.
3. How to submit a message
A message entered together with your support through Ko-fi or Buy Me a Coffee will be treated as your submitted message.
If you supported Radio TEN without adding a message, you may send it separately to radiotheeternalnote@gmail.com. Please use the same email address associated with your support whenever possible so that we can match the message with the support.
4. One message per supporter
Each supporter may have one active Supporter Message at a time.
5. Your ten minutes on Radio TEN
Radio TEN will schedule each accepted Supporter Message for a ten-minute Radio TEN feature. The exact broadcast date, time and position are selected by Radio TEN.
Supporter Messages may appear during selected broadcasts and through Radio TEN players, apps and directories that support the relevant Now Playing information. Some third-party services may delay, shorten, cache, replace or omit this information. For this reason, Radio TEN cannot guarantee that the message will be visible for exactly ten minutes on every external app, directory or player.
6. Editorial review
Radio TEN may shorten or edit a submitted message when necessary for clarity, length, technical requirements or compliance with these terms. Radio TEN may refuse a message that does not comply with these rules. Where a message is edited, we will aim to preserve its original meaning.
7. Permission to publish
By submitting a Supporter Message, you give Radio TEN permission to broadcast, display and publish the submitted text as part of the Radio TEN service. Please submit only information that you are comfortable making public.
8. Support platforms
Payments and support transactions are processed by the selected external support platform and are also subject to that platform’s own terms and policies. These rules apply specifically to the Radio TEN Supporter Message programme.
9. Changes or end of the programme
Radio TEN may modify, suspend or end the Supporter Message programme. Any changes will be published on radioten.online.
10. Contact
Questions concerning the Supporter Message programme can be sent to radiotheeternalnote@gmail.com.
